NOW OPEN: FY 2025 Local Law Enforcement Grants for the Enforcement of Cybercrimes Program (Cybercrimes Enforcement Program) Notice of Funding Opportunity Program (NOFO) OVW's Cybercrimes Enforcement Program is now accepting applications. The purpose of the Cybercrimes Enforcement Program is to support efforts by Tribes, states, and units of local government to prevent, enforce, and prosecute cybercrimes against individuals, primarily adults and young adults. Cybercrimes against individuals are defined as criminal offenses that involve the use of a computer to harass, threaten, stalk, extort, coerce, cause fear to, or intimidate an individual; or without consent distribute intimate images of an adult, except that use of a computer need not be an element of the offense. Eligible applicants include Tribes, eligible states and territories, and units of local government. To submit an application, all applicants must register online with the System for Award Management (SAM) and with Grants.gov.
