Texas Man Sentenced For Federal Controlled Substances Act Violations 05/05/2025 08:00 AM EDT NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – SAUL MACEDO-RODRIGUEZ ("MACEDO-RODRIGUEZ"), age 38, a resident of Texas, was sentenced on April 30, 2025, after previously pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute, and possess with intent to distribute, five kilograms or more of cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine.  MACEDO-RODRIGUEZ was sentenced to one hundred twenty (120) months imprisonment, three (3) years of supervised release, and a $200 mandatory special assessment fee.
