Owasso Man Sentenced for Attempted Coercion and Enticement of a Minor 04/16/2025 08:00 AM EDT Today, U.S. District Judge Gregory K. Frizzell sentenced Kyle Jackson Fugate, 28, for Attempted Coercion and Enticement of a Minor. Judge Frizzell sentenced Fugate to 121 months imprisonment, followed by 10 years of supervised release. Upon release, Fugate will be required to register as a sex offender.  Felon Convicted of Assaulting a Federal Officer Sentenced to More than 12 Years in Prison 04/16/2025 08:00 AM EDT In November 2024, Preston James Campbell, 42, was convicted by a jury for Assault of a Federal Officer with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon. U.S. District Judge Robert L. Hinkle sentenced Campbell to 130 months imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release. He further ordered Campbell to serve this sentence consecutively with a 21-month sentence previously imposed for violating his supervised release, for a total sentence of 151 months in federal prison.
