Vault Agrees to Pay $8 Million to Settle Allegations of Billing False Claims to the COVID-19 Uninsured Program for Patients with Health Insurance 04/23/2025 08:00 AM EDT Vault Medical Services, P.A. and Vault Medical Services of New Jersey, P.C. (collectively "Vault"), have agreed to pay the United States $8 million to resolve allegations that Vault violated the False Claims Act by knowingly submitting or causing the submission of false claims to the Health Resources & Services Administration COVID-19 Claims Reimbursement to Health Care Providers and Facilities for Testing, Treatment, and Vaccine Administration for the Uninsured Program (the "Uninsured Program") for patients who had health insurance.
