Previously Convicted Felon Sentenced for Federal Firearm and Narcotics Trafficking Offenses 04/24/2025 08:00 AM EDT Baltimore, Maryland – Judge Brendan A. Hurson sentenced Hugh Emerson Berry, Jr., 41, of Hagerstown, Maryland, to 78 months in federal prison for his role in a narcotics and firearm trafficking network.
