Barber has sentenced Esdras Joel Garcia De La Rosa (28, Los Angeles, CA) to nine years in federal prison for conspiracy with the intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl. De La Rosa pleaded guilty on November 20, 2024.
