MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Nathan Quinn Harrington, a/k/a Blaze McClanahan, age 31, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 32 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.On May 1, 2024, Harrington pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on January 23, 2024, law enforcement conducting a routine traffic stop discovered Harrington knowingly in possession of a .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol and five rounds of .22 caliber ammunition after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.

Federal prosecutors this week filed criminal charges against 34 defendants who are alleged to have been found in the United States following removal, the Justice Department announced today.

Lawrence A. Jordan, 44, of Washington, D.C., has been indicted on a federal firearm charge as part of the "Make D.C. Safe Again" initiative. The indictment was announced by U.S. Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr., Special Agent in Charge Anthony Spotswood of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and Chief Pamela Smith of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
