Convicted Sex Offender Pleads Guilty To Enticing A Minor To Engage In Sexual Activity 04/24/2025 08:00 AM EDT Orlando, Florida – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces that Delta Henry Rushing, II (29, Orlando) today pleaded guilty to enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity and committing a felony offense involving a minor when required to register as a sex offender. Rushing faces a minimum penalty of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison for the enticement charge and an additional consecutive 10 years' imprisonment for committing a felony offense involving a minor when required to register as a sex offender. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
