Durham announced today the creation and launch of the Eastern District of New York's Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) Strike Force. Capitalizing on the Office's preeminence in this area, the Strike Force will focus on investigating, prosecuting and dismantling cartels and TCOs, and their senior leadership by bringing charges that include terrorism, racketeering and operating a continuing criminal enterprise.  Convicted Crescent City Murderer Sentenced To More Than Five Years In Federal Prison For Distributing Methamphetamine 03/05/2025 07:00 AM EST Orlando, Florida – U.S. District Judge Wendy Berger today sentenced Francisco Javier Arroyo (31, Crescent City) to 5 years and 10 months in federal prison for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine.
