Ohio Man Admits to Firearms Violation 02/12/2025 07:00 AM EST Rodney S. Knotts, age 55, of Ravenna, Ohio, has admitted to unlawful possession of a firearm.  According to court documents and statements made in court, Knotts possessed eight (8) firearms in Ritchie County, WV.
