New Orleans Man Sentenced for Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Conspiracy 02/12/2025 07:00 AM EST NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – KENNETH TURNER ("TURNER"), age 37, was sentenced on February 5, 2025 by U.S. District Judge Lance M.
