Handberg announces the  return by a grand jury of an indictment charging Luis Marcos Hernandez-Granillo (42, Mexico) with illegal reentry by a previously deported alien. Ocala Man Pleads Guilty To Attempted Enticement Of A Minor To Engage In Sexual Activity 02/07/2025 07:00 AM EST Ocala, Florida– United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Scott Alan Colson (60, Ocala) has entered a guilty plea to the offense of attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity. Colson faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison. A federal grand jury indicted Colson on August 6, 2024.  Jacksonville Man Sentenced To Federal Prison For Bank Fraud Involving Stolen Mail 02/07/2025 07:00 AM EST Jacksonville, Florida – United States District Judge Wendy W. Berger has sentenced Frank Anthony Acanda (27, Jacksonville) to one year and one day in federal prison for conspiracy to commit bank fraud.
