Gomez-Rosales entered a guilty plea on November 13, 2024. Lazzara has sentenced Moises Moreno-Godinez (35, Mexico) to 21 months in federal prison for illegal reentry into the United States after deportation. Moreno-Godinez entered a guilty plea on October 31, 2024. Honduran National Sentenced To 12 Months In Federal Prison For Illegal Reentry Into The United States 02/10/2025 07:00 AM EST Ocala, Florida – U.S. District Judge Thomas P. Barber has sentenced Mainor Danilo Alcerro (39, Honduras) to 12 months in federal prison for illegal reentry by a previously deported alien. Alcerro pled guilty on November 21, 2024. CBP Officer Arrested in El Paso, Charged with Alien Smuggling and Drug Trafficking 02/10/2025 07:00 AM EST A CBP officer was arrested in El Paso on criminal charges related to his alleged involvement in a conspiracy to smuggle undocumented noncitizens for financial gain and alleged drug trafficking activity.
