Fort Myers Woman Sentenced For $300,000 Va Fraud Scheme 02/19/2025 07:00 AM EST Fort Myers, Florida – U.S. District Judge Thomas Barber has sentenced Laurie Ann Roszelle (65, Fort Myers) to one year and one day in federal prison for wire fraud. As part of her sentence, the court also entered an order of forfeiture in the amount of $338,364.66, the proceeds of the fraud. Roszelle pleaded guilty on December 5, 2024.
