MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Robert Charles Marshall, age 64, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 37 months in prison for illegally possessing a firearm and ammunition.On August 12, 2024, Marshall pleaded guilty to one count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition.  According to investigators, on November 15, 2023, Marshall knowingly possessed one Ruger .45ACP caliber semi-automatic pistol, one Ruger .308 Winchester/7.62x51mm caliber semi-automatic rifle, one Browning .270 Weatherby Magnum caliber semi-automatic rifle, along with six rounds of .45ACP caliber ammunition, two rounds of Aguila branded ammunition, four rounds of Winchester branded ammunition, and thirteen rounds of Remington branded .308 Winchester caliber ammunition.  Marshall possessed the firearm and ammunition despite knowing that he had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by a term of imprisonment exceeding one year.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Arlo Christopher Jordan, age 26, of McAlester, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 27 months in prison for illegal possession of ammunition.On July 16, 2024, Jordan pleaded guilty to one count of Felon in Possession of Ammunition.  According to investigators, on January 11, 2024, officers discovered Jordan in possession of 270 Winchester ammunition.  Jordan possessed the ammunition despite knowing that he had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by a term of imprisonment exceeding one year.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that William Drew Sullivan, age 34, of McAlester, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 100 months in prison for one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl.On July 15, 2024, Sullivan pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on January 3, 2024, officers conducting a routine traffic stop discovered Sullivan in possession of two cell phones, a scale, and two baggies containing fentanyl, a Schedule II controlled substance.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Cory Lamont Bostic, a/k/a Cory L. Neal, age 48, of Hugo, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine.The Indictment alleged that on September 7, 2023, Bostic knowingly and intentionally possessed methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, which he intended to distribute.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Tanner Wayne Hicks, age 34, of Okemah, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 60 months in prison for one count of Assault Resulting in Substantial Bodily Injury to a Spouse, Intimate Partner, or Dating Partner in Indian Country.On June 11, 2024, Hicks pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on January 31, 2024, officers responding to an emergency callout discovered the victim bruised and bleeding after being struck by Hicks in the head and face with closed fists.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Lucas James Blackbird, age 40, of Vian, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 51 months in prison for one count of Assault of a Spouse, Intimate Partner, or Dating Partner by Strangling or Attempting to Strangle in Indian Country.On August 19, 2024, Blackbird pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on February 19, 2024, Blackbird strangled the victim, causing life-threatening injuries.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Dustin Lee Harp, age 41, of Wilburton, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Illegal Receipt of a Firearm by a Person Under Indictment or Information.The Indictment alleged that between December 12, 2020, and December 9, 2021, Harp willfully received a .22 caliber semi-automatic rifle while under indictment or information for a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Victor Wayne Andrew Artussee, age 31, of Okemah, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea one count of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Do Bodily Harm in Indian Country, and one count of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Harm in Indian Country.The Indictment alleged that on or about May 11, 2024, Artussee assaulted an individual with a dangerous weapon intending to do bodily harm.
