Man Who Pistol Whipped Victim and Fled from Officers Sentenced to 12 Years 01/15/2025 07:00 AM EST RALEIGH, N.C. – Jeremiah Jermaine Debnam, a 30-year-old resident of Raleigh has been sentenced to 154 months in prison for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after shooting and pistol-whipping a victim in a shopping center parking lot.  Debnam pled guilty on October 28, 2024.
