Prior felon going back to prison for 16 years on fentanyl and gun charges 01/14/2025 07:00 AM EST U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Walter H. Bennett, 34, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 40 grams or more of fentanyl, 10 grams or more of a fentanyl analogue, and 500 grams or more of cocaine, and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, was sentenced to serve 192 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Charles J.
