Tampa Man Pleads Guilty To Possession Of Child Sexual Abuse Material 01/14/2025 07:00 AM EST Tampa, Florida – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Jack Rocker (19, Tampa) pleaded guilty on December 16, 2024, to possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Rocker faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison. Rocker will also be required to register as a sex offender and pay restitution to the victims. The government is also seeking forfeiture of Rocker's cellphone, thumb drive, and laptop which were used to commit the offense.
