Guatemalan National Charged With Illegal Reentry 01/29/2025 07:00 AM EST Fort Myers, Florida – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging Edgar Rolando Suruy-Xiquin, a/k/a Marvin Martinez-Vazquez (30, Guatemala), with illegal reentry by a deported alien. If convicted, Suruy-Xiquin faces a maximum penalty of two years in federal prison. Suruy-Xiquin was arraigned on the charges on January 28, 2025.
