Three-time Convicted Felon Sentenced for Illegal Possession of a Firearm, a 'Ghost Gun' 01/28/2025 07:00 AM EST Brennan Holloman, 26, of Washington D.C., was sentenced in U.S. District Court today to 51 months in prison for illegally possessing a loaded "ghost gun" despite being previously been convicted of a felony offense. The sentence was announced by U.S. Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr. and Chief Pamela Smith of the Metropolitan Police Department.
