Phoenix Man Sentenced to 51 Months in Prison for Sending Drugs to Federal Inmates 01/13/2025 07:00 AM EST PHOENIX, Ariz. – Julius Darnell Dixon, 54, of Phoenix, was sentenced last week by United States District Judge Steven P. Logan to 51 months in prison, followed by 60 months of supervised release, for providing contraband to federal inmates and for a supervised release violation. On October 21, 2024, Dixon pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance. The guilty plea also constituted a violation of Dixon's supervised release for an earlier bank robbery conviction (CR-99-00516-PHX-SPL).
