Topics will cover: Providers who are due for revalidation between Dec. 13, 2024, and May 31, 2025, will receive an additional 180 calendar day extension. Modifying enrollment periods for providers that have been disenrolled for failing to revalidate on-time between Nov. 1, 2023, and Dec. 12, 2024.
