Berger has sentenced Steven Paul McInally (36, Scotland) to 25 years in federal prison for transporting and possessing child sexual abuse material. McInally pleaded guilty on November 1, 2024. Pinellas County Man Indicted For Attempting To Entice A Minor To Engage In Sexual Activity 01/30/2025 07:00 AM EST Ocala, Florida –United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging David Araujo (57, St. Petersburg) with attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity. If convicted, Araujo faces a minimum sentence of 10 years, up to life, in federal prison.
