Registered Sex Offender Indicted For Transporting And Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material And AI Generated Child Sexual Abuse Material 01/17/2025 07:00 AM EST Tampa, Florida – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging James Oxley (52, Polk City) with transportation and possession of child sex abuse material and possession of obscene visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. If convicted, Oxley faces a maximum penalty of 40 years in federal prison for transporting child sex abuse material and up to 20 years in federal prison for the possession and AI offenses.
