Guatemalan National Charged With Illegal Reentry 01/31/2025 07:00 AM EST Jacksonville, Florida – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging Pedro Alberto Martin-Xon (24, Guatemala) with illegal reentry by a deported alien. If convicted, Martin-Xon faces a maximum penalty of two years in federal prison. Martin-Xon will be arraigned on February 6, 2025.
