Justice Department Files Civil Rights Lawsuit Against Iowa Landlord for Sexually Harassing Tenants 01/17/2025 07:00 AM EST The Justice Department announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against Kurt Williams and Gearhead Properties LC, of Davenport, Iowa, for sexually harassing female tenants in violation of the Fair Housing Act (FHA). Williams has managed residential rental properties in Davenport since at least 2010.
