Can someone please explain to me what "fanum tax" means?

Happy Monday! It's time to see who's hip and who's at risk of breaking theirs. As time goes on, more and more slang pops up, and I'm not gonna lie, I'm having a hard time staying up to date. Gen Alpha really did a big one with these words because...I fear I'm too old to understand them.

Now any variation of "cooked" definitely didn't start with Gen Alpha, and neither did "gyat." But I have 0 clue what a fanum tax is. And I honestly can't decide if the decision to shorten "charisma" to "rizz" is genius or a result of some severe brain rot.
