Ohio Man Charged with Sexual Abuse of Jail Inmate 12/27/2024 07:00 AM EST A federal grand jury sitting in Cleveland, Ohio, has returned an indictment charging an Ohio man for sexual abuse of a person being held in police custody. According to the indictment, Damon K.
