United States Reaches Agreement With Clark County To Ensure Polling Place Accessibility For Voters With Disabilities 12/30/2024 07:00 AM EST LAS VEGAS – The United States Attorney's Office for the District of Nevada has entered into an agreement with the Clark County Election Department to resolve a compliance review that identified numerous physical barriers at polling sites. The agreement resolves the United States' investigation into Clark County's compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by a state or local government in any of its programs or services.
