Buffalo man sentenced for his role in narcotics conspiracy which resulted in a triple homicide 11/18/2024 07:00 AM EST U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that James Reed a/k/a Fatts,  42, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of narcotics conspiracy, conspiracy to obstruct justice, use of fire to commit a felony, and accessory after the fact, was sentenced to serve 166 months in prison by Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A.
