Nigerian National Sentenced for Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud 10/31/2024 08:00 AM EDT Alex Ogunshakin, age 41, a Nigerian citizen, was sentenced on October 31, 2024, in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska for conspiracy to commit wire fraud.  Santee Woman Sentenced for Child Abuse and Neglect 10/30/2024 08:00 AM EDT Santeena McBride, age 35, of Santee, Nebraska, was sentenced October 30, 2024, in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska for felony child abuse and neglect. United States District Judge Brian C. Buescher sentenced McBride to 48 months' imprisonment.  California Man Sentenced to 8 Years in Prison for Methamphetamine Charge 10/30/2024 08:00 AM EDT Saul Chavez, age 20, of Indio, California, was sentenced today in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, after having pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.  Sidney Man Sentenced for Possessing with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and Illegally Possessing a Firearm 10/28/2024 08:00 AM EDT Isidro Alvarado, age 36, of Sidney, Nebraska, was sentenced on October 28, 2024, in federal court in Lincoln, Nebraska for one count of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl, and one count of felon in possession of a firearm.  Las Vegas Man Sentenced for Involvement in Drug Conspiracy 10/25/2024 08:00 AM EDT Alejandro Dominguez Delapena, 26, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was sentenced on October 25, 2024, in federal court in Lincoln, Nebraska, for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine actual, 500 grams or more of meth mixture and a mixture or substance containing marijuana.  Omaha Man Sentenced for Possessing with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Fentanyl and Cocaine 10/25/2024 08:00 AM EDT Robert Carodine, 34, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced on October 25, 2024 in federal court in Omaha for one count of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine and 400 grams or more of fentanyl and one count of possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.
