New Orleans Men Sentenced for Federal Gun Control and Federal Controlled Substances Act Violations 11/20/2024 07:00 AM EST NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – LIONEL HESTER ("HESTER"), age 25, and REGINALD JOHNSON ("JOHNSON"), age 42, both residents of New Orleans, were sentenced on November 7, 2024, by United States District Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle for violating the Federal Gun Control Act and the Federal Controlled Substances Act, announced U.S. Attorney Duane A.
