Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging Vance Perry (67, Palatka) with making a false statement to a federally licensed firearms dealer during the attempted purchase of a firearm on two separate occasions. If convicted, Perry faces up to five years in federal prison.  Orlando Man Pleads Guilty To Possessing A Machinegun 11/05/2024 07:00 AM EST Orlando, Florida – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Jeremiah Cundiff (19, Orlando) has pleaded guilty to possession of a machinegun.  Cundiff faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
