New York Man Sentenced to Prison for Assaulting Law Enforcement and Other Charges During the Jan. 6 Capitol Breach 11/01/2024 08:00 AM EDT Troy Weeks, 38, of Greenville, New York, was sentenced to 21 months in prison, 36 months of supervised release, and ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution by U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras.
