(PdVSA), Venezuela's state-owned oil and natural gas company. Florida Man Indicted for Posting Threats on the Internet 11/04/2024 07:00 AM EST An indictment was unsealed charging Nathaniel James Holmes, 51, of Jacksonville, Florida, with four counts of transmitting interstate threats to injury other persons. If convicted on all counts, Holmes faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison.
