Sutten, special assistant to the deputy chief of staff, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-6, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C., to director of Network Command, Control, Cyber Communications Systems Integration, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-6, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C. U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Thad J. Collard to deputy commander (Troop Program Unit), 3rd Medical Command, Fort Gillem, Georgia. He most recently served as Mobilization and Reserve Affairs, Office of the Surgeon General (Individual Mobilized Augmentee), Falls Church, Virginia; and deputy commanding general, Army Reserve Medical Command, Pinellas Park, Florida.
