Orlando Woman Sentenced For Role In Construction-Related Wire Fraud Conspiracy 11/04/2024 07:00 AM EST Tampa, Florida – U.S. District Judge William F. Jung has sentenced Wendy Cudemo (48, Orlando) to 27 months in federal prison for conspiracy to commit wire fraud. The Court also entered an order of forfeiture in the amount of $787,911.00, the proceeds of the wire fraud conspiracy and ordered the forfeiture to the United States of real property located in Palmetto, Florida.
