This information has recently been updated, and is now available. 23 Members of a Violent Gang in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Charged with Drug Trafficking and Firearms Offenses 10/10/2024 08:00 AM EDT SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – On September 28, 2024, a federal grand jury in the District of Puerto Rico returned an indictment charging 23 violent gang members from the municipality of Aguadilla with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, possession and distribution of controlled substances, and firearms violations, announced W. Stephen Muldrow, United States Attorney for the District of Puerto Rico. The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Puerto Rico Police Bureau (PRPB) Aguadilla Strike Force were in charge of the investigation of the case.
