Man Sentenced for Voluntary Manslaughter After Heated Exchange 10/24/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. District Judge Raul M. Arias-Marxuach sentenced Thomas Lee Knox, 39, of Tulsa, for Voluntary Manslaughter in Indian Country.
