Tulsa Man Sentenced for Coercion of a Minor and Possessing More than 600 Sexually Explicit Photos of Minor Children 10/01/2024 08:00 AM EDT Today, U.S. District Judge John D. Russell sentenced Justin Ray Walters, 49, for Coercion and Enticement of a Minor and Possession of Child Pornography. Judge Russell ordered Walters to be sentenced to 300 months of imprisonment, followed by ten years of supervised release.
