Licking County man sentenced to more than 4 years in prison for conspiracy crime involving videos of monkey torture & mutilation 10/10/2024 08:00 AM EDT COLUMBUS, Ohio – A Licking County man was sentenced in U.S. District Court today to 54 months in prison for conspiring to create and distribute videos depicting acts of extreme violence and sexual abuse against monkeys. The sentence imposed by U.S. District Judge Edmund A. Sargus, Jr. is an upward variance from the sentencing guidelines in this case.
