Raytheon Agrees to Pay Over $950 Million in Connection with Defective Pricing, Foreign Bribery and Export Control Schemes 10/16/2024 08:00 AM EDT BOSTON – Raytheon Company (Raytheon), a subsidiary of RTX (formerly Raytheon Technologies Corporation) in Arlington, Va., has agreed to pay over $950 million to resolve the government's investigations into a major government fraud scheme involving defective pricing on certain government contracts and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and its implementing regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
