Evans announced that SILVIO MENDOZA SANCHEZ ("SANCHEZ"), age 45, a citizen of Nicaragua, pleaded guilty on October 7, 2024, to making a false statement on a passport application, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1542.
