Mexican National Sentenced To 46 Months In Prison For Illegal Reentry 10/01/2024 08:00 AM EDT Jacksonville, Florida – U.S. District Judge Wendy Berger has sentenced Juan Rodriguez-Acevedo (57, Mexico) to 3 years and 10 months in federal prison for illegal reentry after removal following a conviction for committing an aggravated felony. Rodriguez-Acevedo entered a guilty plea in June 2024.
