Nigerian National Sentenced to Prison for Role in Business Email Compromise Scheme 10/16/2024 08:00 AM EDT TOLULOPE SAMUEL BODUNDE, 33, a citizen of Nigeria residing in Newark, New Jersey, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer in New Haven to 24 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for his participation in a business email compromise scheme that operated out of multiple countries, including the United States. Hartford Woman Sentenced to More Than 5 Years in Federal Prison for Role in Gunpoint Robbery 10/16/2024 08:00 AM EDT VALERIE MENESES, 24, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Sarala V. Nagala in Hartford to 63 months of imprisonment, followed by two years of supervised release, for her role in a gunpoint robbery of a victim who was selling an iPhone on Facebook Marketplace.
