East Bay Man Sentenced To Two Years In Federal Prison For Fraud And Identity Theft 10/25/2024 08:00 AM EDT OAKLAND – Freddie Lee Davis III, who pleaded guilty to wire fraud and aggravated identity theft, was sentenced to 24 months and a day in federal prison.  The sentence was handed down on Oct. 24, 2024, by the Hon.
