Bakersfield Man Charged with Offenses Involving the Sexual Exploitation of Minors 10/10/2024 08:00 AM EDT A federal grand jury returned an indictment against Rafael Omero Plata Guerrero, 34, of Bakersfield, today charging him with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of receipt of child pornography. Kern County Man Sentenced to 7 Years in Prison for Receiving Child Pornography 10/10/2024 08:00 AM EDT Christopher Patterson, 43, of Bakersfield, was sentenced Wednesday to seven years in prison for receipt of child pornography. Los Angeles County Man Sentenced for Identity Theft Offenses 10/10/2024 08:00 AM EDT  Sean Lamont Wyatt, 47, of Los Angeles County, was sentenced Wednesday to two years and six months in prison for committing identity theft and aggravated identity theft.
