Oviedo Man Indicted For Receipt And Attempted Production Of Child Sex Abuse Material 10/03/2024 08:00 AM EDT Orlando, Florida – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging Marvin Fredrick Wagner, II (25, Oviedo) with one count of attempted production of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and one count of receipt of CSAM.
