Youngsville Man Guilty of Possession of Materials Involving Sexual Exploitation of Minors 10/13/2024 08:00 AM EDT NEW ORLEANS, LA – U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced today that COY DAVID MILLER ("MILLER"), age 49, of Youngsville, LA, pled guilty on October 9, 2024 to Possession of Materials Involving the Sexual Exploitation of Minors, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2252(a)(4)(B) and (b)(2).  MILLER faces up to twenty (20) years imprisonment, and/or up to a fine of $250,000.00, or the greater of twice the gross gain to the defendant or twice the gross loss to any person of the offense.  In addition, MILLER faces a term of supervised release of no less than five (5) years and up to life as well as payment of a $100 mandatory special assessment fee.
