Three West Virginia residents have admitted to methamphetamine trafficking in the Northern District of West Virginia. In separate cases, Richard Emery Delphey, 52, of Elkins, West Virginia; Michele Charisse Stewart, 47, of Hillsboro, West Virginia; and Lacrisha Leslie Lamb, 43, of Belington, West Virginia, each pled guilty to the distribution of methamphetamine.

Eugene Tracey Hill , 31, of Washington D.C. and a member of the Push Dat Shit (PDS) street crew, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court to 180 months in prison on four felony charges related to drug trafficking and firearms offenses in the District of Columbia.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Nine defendants of a Spartanburg area illegal drug trafficking ring were sentenced to a total of 1,257 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to conspiring to distribute illegal drugs, including fentanyl, methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine.

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) announced the results of Operation Nazare Wave, which focused on violent crime in Washington, D.C., and the National Capital Region. This operation was spearheaded by the USMS' Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) between April and September and resulted in the arrest of 826 fugitives (63 for homicide); recovery and seizure of 54 firearms; and seizure of 6.4 kg of narcotics and $1,115,365 in U.S. currency.

Jacksonville, Florida – Chief U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Corrigan has sentenced Mark Dennison, (45, Jacksonville) to six years and three months in federal prison for distribution of five grams or more of actual methamphetamine. Dennison entered a guilty plea on June 11, 2024.
